My first pair of stability shoes was from a very highly regard (and expensive) brand. I hated them. They made me feel like Frankenstein clodding along the running paths in Columbus, OH. Then through an organized run, the same local running company that foisted that other brand on me was offering Brooks for the current year race series, and I opted to try the Brooks stability shoe. What a difference! These are fantastic. They are comfortable and don't make me feel awkward. I can definitely see the difference from the neutral shoes that I so love, but since I apparently overpronate, I feel compelled to take care of my joints with a proper shoe. These don't impede my love of the run. They for sure change my stride, because I can feel the stress of using my muscles differently, but that's just an adjustment I have to go through. I can RUN in these, and my muscles will adjust to the new stride. These are worth the price.My husband has worn NB 600 series for years. I finally talked him into giving Brooks a try this year since I have been wearing Ghosts. He wore them before our vacation once or twice as we planned on doing a lot of walking. Didn't feel he really needed a break in period because they felt great out of the box!! :) He has wide feet as well and these 8 wides were very comfortable for him.I’m on my 4th pair. Love em. It provides just enough stability support for a mild pronated footfall that keeps me running injury free. They’re light on top and springy in the sole.Style wise it’s fine. I always judge a running shoe on its comfort and durability, not looks. This shoe continues Brooks’ run of quality running shoes.I have a pair 12 1/2 wide that I paid you $110. They are too big and he has not grown into them. I would like to exchange for a smaller 11 1/2 wide ANy chance?This model is less bulky than the Adrenaline model, but still seems to the toe box room I need. It feels more lightweight and cushy as well. I like them!I use to go to a local running store but always spent way more on the running shoes. I really liked this pair of shoes and see no need to get the "latest" model.. So Amazon it is for the win saving 50+ dollars for the same great product..First time buying Brooks, and my husband is a happy runner! We went to the Brooks website and found a quiz to figure out what type of shoe to purchase for his feet, and the site recommended the Ravenna 10. Amazon had a great price and color selection. My husband is using these for online treadmill classes and says they are comfortable.Been using brooks for years, from my x-country days to today. Our school was sponsored by Asics, and I always got blisters with any Asics I wore (except their racing flats - those were decent). These are the best trainer! Lasts about 400 miles or so, which is pretty solid for a running shoe.Got these as a gift sent directly to my son. Do not fit. He is a respiratory consultant. He runs half marathons and building up to full marathons. He is a running club member in town where he works. Keeps fit and relieves stresses of his work. Has used this brand of shoe before and found excellent. Working long hours just now and has not had a chance to return them. I am disappointed as it was a 40th birthday present for him and I had wanted to give him something personal.I have always been a fan of the Ravenna series, perfect for my running style as I tend to overpronate (flat-footed) so I need the additional support. Have previously had the 5 and the 7, and this feels much lighter. As always with these, very glad I bought a half-size bigger than normal. Can't wait to do my socially-distanced, government-mandated one-a-day later!Great product. New design, doesn't fit like previous Ravenna's so I recommend trying them on first.Customer service is spectacular to work with.Extremely comfortable! Great running shoe.Different construction to the Ravenna 9. I like a shoe to feel snug but my foot feels as if it isn't held as well by the shoe. Also the insole feels as if it is raised across the middle which is uncomfortable. I swapped to my old insoles which helped a bit.
