See headlineI have purchased several pairs of Mephistos over the years. These are, well, not good. The leather is very firm….never had a pair of Mephistos that required a lengthy break-in period. They are very clunky…my size 9 look huge. Oddly, they fit. What I’m saying is they just look huge. Sorry, but these are not even close to the Mephisto standard. A pair of casual leather sneakers purchased at Kohls for about 60 bucks or so would feel every bit as comfortable as these. I sincerely hope this was a one-off fail for Mephisto. For the first time, I’m reluctant to make another Mephisto purchase.Excelente, siempre respeta la medida del modelo.I love Mephisto shoes and theses are my favorites. They are expensive but worth it.I have purchased a wide variety of Mephisto Shoes over the year. They are the best most comfortable shoes I have ever known. They also last a very long time. Worth the price.Fit well and look great. Second pair I have from Mephisto. Others are more for hiking, but both are excellent quality which I expected from Mephisto.Have found Mephisto shoes to be my best buys...this pair is sneakers, and beautifully made.Just bought my 5th pair of Mephisto shoes. Have never found anything that can approach them for comfort and they're amazingly well made. They last for years. Don't hesitate to give them a try. You'll be glad you did.
