This is a very well made costume. Sturdy seams. I purchased this item because I was worried that the child size (5-7 yr) would be too small for my 10 year old, but turned out it WAS too big for a 4’9” person. I’d say minimal height for this item would be 5 feet. I am 5’2” and this costume fit me fine. Max height would be 6 feet or so. 6’2” person was able to fit in but it was on the tight side. For those who are wondering, the opening (circumference) around the waist is about 50 inches, and it is not made of strechy material. It has matching colored, elastic suspenders sewn into the body of the horse. From top of the suspenders to the bottom of the feet is about 58 inches, and can probably strech out to 62 in. But there is a hole at the end of horse hind legs, so tall person should be able to put their feet out if needed.
