Easily the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn and super for long walks. I do 10 miles every day. But the heels are wearing out after only a few months. Now a problem with a lot of ECCO products. These are excellent rain shoes and fit very comfortably. Overall I enjoy walking in them, but I do wish there was a touch more impact absorption for walking on concrete. They look very smart, and seem overall to be a very well-made shoe. These shoes look good and are probably the most comfortable shoe that I have ever owned. They definitely held their own against water. They lasted me a solid few months.I work a job that has me walking all day long so considering that they are actually fairly durable. I really feel like they could have lasted a little longer though. For the price these are fair, but most of the sneaker held up. Just disappointed to see a sneaker with pieces that are still in such good shape falling apart at the seams. The other part of the shoe that let me down was the sole. It wore through pretty quickly. Everything else about the sneaker is still in really good condition. With soft rubber soles, these Ecco sneakers are beyond comfortable. ECCO switched the materials for its low-top boot soles to a very hard plastic-like material. Yes, they lasted longer, but each step jarred. I tried these as a replacement and rarely wear anything else.I've been an Ecco fan for almost 15 years, and I finally replaced a pair of BIOMs I had had for almost ten with these. I work at Starbucks, which entails 6-10 hours of standing, walking, twisting, lifting, etc. on a typical day, and these are excellent for that. What I was most impressed with was the small but noticeable differences between these and my old shoes. I assume that a lot of this is down to better technology, but they are significantly lighter and less rigid while being just as supportive as previous iterations of this model. They're also very good-looking shoes that are still low-key and subtle in design, which is (to me) a hallmark of Ecco's design that keeps me coming back. Overall, this is my eleventh pair of Eccos, and I've yet to be disappointed.totally bizarre.I'm wearing ECCO shoes for a 15 years and first time surprised for the a change in the size... these one are 1 size smaller....but material quality is very good, would buy again... plus total bargain..I love Ecco and can usually order 45 without any problem, but these seem too tight for a safe breakin.Update: I've put about 20+ miles on these shoes, brisk walking, and have upgraded my rating. They were a little tight initially, but they are now comfortable and no foot problems. The shoes broke in very well. These shoes are stable, provide good cushioning, and plenty of weather protection in this melting snow season. Recommend them.Great shoe - like almost all Ecco’s. But not a slip on, they are a tie shoe. Just an FYI.I almost did not buy these as I did not want brown, but I wanted to replace a similar pair of Ecco trainers and these were the nearest in style, size, breathable and waterproof. The colour code on the shoes says brown so not an incorrect order, but the colour is more like a medium grey, a lighter black than the black black colour option.Otherwise they are standard Ecco trainers, very comfortable for holiday walking, whether warm or wet.If you like Ecco's and light and sporty shoes, this is one you should try.No complaints except that it could have been a little less pricey. These shoes are very comfortable for walking long distances. They are also waterproof. I now have 2 pairs of themVery comfortable and fit perfectly. Some ECCO footwear are a thin fit but these are regular. These shoes were much better than I had expected. Perfect fit and very cool. I bought another pair in blue.
